The Ministry of Lands, Survey and Town Planning, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria awarded Sivan Design for the design and production of the security enabled title document certificates: Certificate Of Occupancy and (C of O) and Right Of Occupancy (R of O).

The new certificates will be used for new land ownership and will be issued directly from the new computerized Land Information System.
